Gluten Free Plain White Flour Blend [rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat], Caster Sugar, Hemp Milk, Vegetable Oil [Rapeseed Oil], Lemon Juice,  Poppy Seeds, Gluten Free Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Xanthan Gum, Vanilla Extract [water, ethanol 35%, sugar, vanilla bean extract], Sicilian Lemon Extract [rapeseed oil, lemon oil], Salt.

Lemon Curd

Caster Sugar, Lemon Juice, Water, Hemp Milk, Cornflour, Vegan Spread [palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt].

Lemon Buttercream Frosting

Icing Sugar, Vegan Spread [palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt], Trex [palm oil, rapeseed oil], Sicilian Lemon Extract [rapeseed oil, lemon oil], Sugar Flair Colours ‘Melon’ [E422 glycerol, E1520 propylene glycol, E551 silicon dioxide, food colour E102 tartrazine]*


*E102 Tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children
