Iced Fruit Loaf


A deliciously fruity loaf cake, topped with sticky vanilla icing.  This fruit cake gets better with age!

Approximately six servings per loaf.

Fruit Loaf:  Mixed Fruit [sultanas, raisins, candied citrus peel [ glucose syrup, orange peel, lemon peel, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid)], currants, sunflower oil], Gluten Free Plain White Flour Blend [rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat], Dark Brown Sugar, Vegan Spread [palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt], Egg Replacer [potato starch, tapioca starch, calcium carbonate, citric acid, methylcellulose], Mixed Seeds [pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds], Cranberries, Black Treacle, Brandy, Mixed Spice, Glycerine.

Icing: Icing Sugar, Hemp Milk, Light Corn Syrup
