Christmas Slice


The NeedCake version of the Christmas classic – Mince Pie.

A crumbly pastry bottom supports a generous layer of flavoursome, fruit-filled mincemeat, which is topped with a delicious layer of vanilla sponge and a dusting of icing sugar.

When pie meet cake, good things happen.



Pastry: Doves Farm Gluten Free Flour Blend [rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat], Vegan Spread [palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt], Trex [palm oil, rapeseed oil], Icing Sugar, Xantham Gum

Mincemeat: Vine Fruits (32%) (Sultanas, Currants, Raisins), Apple (21%), Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Candied Mixed Peel (3%), Vegetable Suet, Mixed Spices, Preservative (Acetic Acid), Colour (Plain Caramel),  Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).  Candied Mixed Peel contains: Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Lemon Peel, Citric Acid. Vegetable Suet contains: Palm Oil, Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil

Sponge:  Farm Gluten Free Plain Flour Blend [rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat], Caster Sugar,  Hemp Milk, Vegetable Oil [rapeseed oil], Apple Cider Vinegar, Vanilla Extract [water, ethanol 35%, sugar, vanilla bean extract], Gluten Free Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Xantham Gum, Salt, Icing Sugar.
